Most in-game 360 dunks come when the outcome has already been determined. Oklahoma State's Markel Brown took a little greater risk.
With his team trailing West Virginia by two points early in the second half on Saturday afternoon, Brown stole a deflected pass at mid-court, attacked the rim off the dribble and soared for a picturesque 360 slam. It was just the latest in a long line of great slams this season from Brown, one of college basketball's most accomplished dunkers.
Brown's dunk helped Oklahoma State thwart West Virginia's upset bid and emerge with an 81-75 win. He finished with 15 points and 10 rebounds, just his latest big game against the Mountaineers.
Earlier this month, Brown hit a game-winning 3-pointer in Oklahoma State's 73-72 victory in Morgantown. And last season he averaged 20 points in the Cowboys' two victories over the Mountaineers.
