When in doubt run the ball. That’s the motto of Notre Dame defensive tackle Louis Nix, who showed off his ability to run a quarterback draw. In Notre Dame’s annual Blue-Gold spring game, head coach Brian Kelly sent out “Irish chocolate” to convert a two point conversion. Nix took the snap, faked a pass and rumbled into the endzone. Sure this was in a meaningless game, but is it unreasonable to think Kelly couldn’t call this play at some point during the season?
