In the wake of Marcus Mariota's somewhat surprising decision to return to Oregon in 2014, Mike Florio addresses the dilemma that certain college players face when deciding whether or not to declare for the draft. In Florio's opinion, collegiate athletes, especially those at the top of their draft classes, should take professional offers when their stock is at its highest.
