Thursday morning wasn’t Justin Bieber’s first incident in a Lamborghini

Maybe Justin Bieber's next stop is the Lamborghini Super Trofeo series?

His DUI and drag racing arrest in a yellow Lamborghini convertible on Miami wasn't the first time he's gotten in trouble in a Lamborghini. Or the second. Or the third.

When he was in Dubai in May, he racked up six speeding tickets in a Lamborghini Aventador. That's the type of rental car it looks like he was driving Thursday morning in Miami when he was pulled over at 4:09 a.m.

According to Lamborghini's site, the Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster "is a completely open vehicle with sleek lines combining perfectly balanced sportiness and elegance. The design is the result of a careful study into the best way of combining performance, elegant style, eas of use and a driving experience that excites all five senses."

Bieber might have been a little too excited. The Aventador has a top speed of 217 mph and the engine produces 700 HP. Thankfully, Bieber wasn't close at all to the top speed of that car, though he was still going dangerously fast (while allegedly driving under the influence). Miami Beach police said he was driving 55-to-60 in a 30 mph zone.

Later Thursday, a police spokesperson said that Bieber admitted to smoking pot, drinking and taking prescription medication before he was arrested.

If he really wants to keep driving fast in Lamborghinis – sober, of course – we suggest that Bieber take the plunge into the Super Trofeo series. The North American series raced at four different tracks last season and if it's good enough for Bruce Jenner, it's good enough for Bieber. That way he can satiate his desire for speed in a Lamborghini legally and much more safely.
