South Carolina woman arrested for hitting fiance in head with Dale Earnhardt Jr. beer bottle

Where in the world do you get a two-foot-long Dale Earnhardt Jr. beer bottle?

That's what Spartanburg, S.C., authorities said Shannon Bridges used to hit her fiance in the head after an argument Thursday evening.

Authorities said that she began to hit him but tripped over some vegetables. She then started slapping herself and allegedly told her fiance she was going to call the police on him because she had marks on her.

It's then somehow gets odder. From Fox Carolina:

The victim told deputies what Bridges did, so when they asked her what happened, the deputy said he used the subterfuge message to get her to admit to the assault, according to the report.

Bridges, who authorities said was intoxicated at the time, was charged with criminal domestic violence.

The Junior beer bottle was listed as two feet in the police report. While we realize that initial police reports can have inaccurate details such as these at times, we went looking for such an item. We were unsuccessful in our sleuthing. (Earnhardt Jr. was sponsored by Budweiser from 1999-2007 when he drove for Dale Earnhardt Inc.)

The largest replica Earnhardt Jr. beer bottle we could find was this one, and it's listed at 15 inches long. Close enough? It sure seems like much more of a collector's item than a weapon, however.
