“I’ll be going to Dover this weekend to race for a new owner,” said Scott. “Steve Turner is the new owner of the team. I spoke to him last week and he talked about how much he wanted me to win the Nationwide Rookie of the Year title. He seems like a really honest, down-to-earth, no-nonsense kind of guy, and I’m looking forward to racing for him.”
Sirius Speedway reported last week that Carmichael and Buescher are expected to stay with the team as well as Scott and Reed Sorenson, who has driven the No. 32 Dollar General car in the Nationwide Series.
However, that didn't address the future of Jason Leffler, who has been with Braun since 2005. According to the report, the expanded Turner Motorsports is expected to drive Chevrolets in the Nationwide Series in 2011. Turner Motorsports currently drives Chevrolets in the Truck Series while Braun Racing fields Toyotas.
