Friday's practice at Bristol was a tad tricky as numerous drivers were involved in incidents

The accidents that didn't happen during Sunday's Sprint Cup Series race at Las Vegas were apparently being saved for Friday's Cup practice session at Bristol.

Five drivers had trouble during the session, which was run in chilly temperatures. During Sunday's race at Vegas there wasn't a single spin or accident.

Kyle Busch hit the wall coming off the corner, while Greg Biffle spun off the corner and hit the inside wall with the front of his car. Justin Allgaier's car took off as he entered the corner and he pancaked the outside wall. All three drivers were forced to go to backup cars.

So was Danica Patrick, who crashed about three minutes into the session. She got into Parker Kligerman after getting loose and spun into the wall. Kligerman's team fixed the damage to his car, and he had this to say following the incident.

Matt Kenseth and Ricky Stenhouse hit the wall as well, but they didn't go to backup cars.
