Carl Edwards (pictured, upside down) helped put wrestling buddy John Cena over the top in Cena's quest to raise 3 million Delta frequent flyer miles for the Make-A-Wish Foundation by the end of 2010.
Edwards' contribution, as well as a last-minute push by Cena, resulted in a grand total of 4.2 million miles for the foundation. Cena recently granted his 200th wish, and has earned the Make-A-Wish Foundation's highest honor. (Dale Earnhardt Jr. passed the 200-wish mark earlier in 2010.)
Since almost 70 percent of Make-A-Wish's wishes involve travel, the frequent flyer miles are a welcome gift indeed. Congrats to Cena, Edwards and WWE for reaching the milestone. More info is available at wwe.com/johncenawish.
