Generally, a good night from the cageside announcing pair, though Goldy laid on, "This is the greatest night in the history of MMA forever, ZOMG!!!!!!!!!!" a little thick. They definitely did better than a certain former UFC fighter who happens to have a large noggin who found that talkin' is hard.
"Now we start on what some will call the most magical night in the history of the Ultimate Fighting Championsip." -- Goldberg. Does that come with fairies and pixie dust?
"We don't often seen an epic battle of this proportion." -- Goldberg. I wonder if the Visigoths saw an epic battle of this proportion ... nah. MMA wasn't around for the Visigoths.
"I've never felt a more pumped-up crowd." -- Rogan. Did you feel them individually or as a group?
"His mom is very cool too." -- Goldberg, in reference to Clay Guida's mother.
"To me, it looked more like a push. Like, get off me b****." -- Rogan, during Kim/Parisyan match. There was no commentary as to why Rogan is familiar with this phrase.
"Look at [UFC matchmaker] Joe Silva's face! He looked like Macaulay Caulkin in Home Alone!" -- Rogan, after Jon Jones' highlight reel spinning elbow to Stephen Bonnar.
"I don't know what the song is, but it's cool." -- Rogan, during Thiago Silva's entrance. Agreed.
"I don't know what the song is, but it's loud." -- Goldberg, also during Silva's entrance, channeling Old Grandpa Curmudgeon. Those kids better turn that music down!
"Thiago, you are now undefeated in the UFC." -- Rogan, to Lyoto Machida after his fight.
