UFC 116 could provide the biggest audience that mixed martial arts has ever played to. After the event, it'd be dynamite if we're not discussing questionable scoring or officiating in the Octagon.
Two weeks ago it was Herb Dean's penalty for an inadvertant Keith Jardine eyepoke at "The Ultimate Fighter 11 Finale." The next night Josh Rosenthal made a shaky call when penalizing low blows. And then the judges were all over the map in that same Jamie Varner-Kamal Shalorus match.
There's also the question of why Cecil Peoples was working a main event after his ridiculous comments post-UFC 104. Yahoo! Sports' Kevin Iole tackled some of the issues with Cagewriter.
