Stout interview: Lightweight sides with Maynard, says Gray will beat Pettis

Sam Stout is in Las Vegas prepping for his UFC 131 bout against Yves Edwards. One of the more dynamic strikers in the lightweight division, he needs to put together a winning streak to breakthrough into the UFC's top 10.

Stout looks at the division as the deepest in the world and tends to side with Gray Maynard, who said a few weeks ago that the UFC 155ers have faced better competition than those in the WEC.

With the help of, we spoke with Stout about who he thinks will come out the victor by the middle of 2012 and the brewing rivalry between lightweights from the WEC and UFC.
