Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua vs. Dan Henderson II reportedly eyed for March

According to both MMA Fighting and Tatame, the UFC is looking to book a rematch of one of the best fights in MMA history for late March in Brazil. Light heavyweights Dan Henderson and Mauricio "Shogun" Rua went to war for five rounds in 2011, with Henderson earning the narrow decision win.

According to both outlets, the UFC plans to hold an as-yet unannounced event in Brazil, March 23, which will be headlined by a rematch between Rua and Henderson. Rua is coming off a KO win over James Te Huna last December.

Henderson has lost three straight fights since getting the nod over Rua in 2011. Just last week, Henderson said that he and the UFC were "a little far apart" during contract negotiations.
