Fox Sports 1 will launch this weekend with a five-hour UFC show. Thanks to a last-minute deal, the new station will be available on DirecTV, Dish Network and Time Warner Cable. The Los Angeles Times reports the carriers expect the channel to be available in time for the launch.

On many cable and satellite carriers, FS 1 is going to take over the Speed Channel in the channel line-up. The station will feature its first live fights on Saturday, but then will also feature fights on Wednesday nights. It will also carry "The Ultimate Fighter."

The station will debut with Chael Sonnen against Mauricio "Shogun" Rua in the main event, as well as Alistair Overeem vs. Travis Browne and Yuri Alcantara vs. Urijah Faber.
