Travis Snider impersonates Michael Jordan, Spider-Man while making amazing catch (Video)

Travis Snider switched from No. 45 to No. 23 when he was traded from the Toronto Blue Jays to the Pittsburgh Pirates earlier this season. Turns out it was an appropriate change too, because the Buccos right fielder looked a lot more like the young "Air"-era Michael Jordan than the more-grounded post-comeback version when he made one of the catches of the year during Thursday's game with the New York Mets. As for his climbing skills, who knows where Snider got them from? But it's not every day that you see a player scaling a fence Spider-Man style, and the really incredible part was, relatively, just how much time he had before the ball arrived at his spot.

Right place, right time, right hops.

New York's Mike Baxter was the one that paid the price by having the home run taken away from him in the second inning. But Snider's effort was so amazing that he got a great round of applause from the Mets fans in attendance at Citi Field. And rightfully so.
