Open game thread: The American League Central tiebreaker

After eight long months of spring training and the regular season, the fates of the White Sox and Twins all come down to this: One game. Nine innings. Winner takes all and heads to Tampa Bay to face the Rays. Loser heads home to wonder why they didn't take advantage of the other team's dismal September.

I was lucky enough to land tickets with my South Side Pops and will be smackdab in the middle of The Blackout in the left field bleachers. While I'm freezing in the chill off Lake Michigan, you can follow my Twitter page for constant updates in the warmth of your own home as you watch the game on TBS or follow along on Yahoo! Sports GameChannel.

I'll return with more from a big night at The Cell, but until then, entertain yourself in the comments section below as the game wears on. Everyone loves the drama of a one-game playoff so make sure to mix it up with each other, but try to keep it clean.

One more thing I'm wondering is this: Does the fate of anyone's fantasy season hang in the balance? If so, it looks like the two teams aren't the only ones with something at stake.

Enjoy this one, Stewies.
