Create-a-Caption: And you can tell everybody, this is Pete Rose

Honestly, when I saw this tiny (dancers) preview pic in the AP photo archive, I instantly thought that Elton John was at a baseball game, providing a great C-a-C in the process.

But then again, no! Upon closer inspection, I realized that it was actually Pete Rose more or less dressed up as Elton John at a Reds game. The Hit King impersonating The Hit King.

(I know it's not much, but it's the best I can do.)

So have at it, amateur Internet copy editors of the world. How should this caption read?
