Since the Associated Press baseball photo feed is guaranteed to be barren for the next month or so, we thought it might be fun to hold off some theme weeks for our fabled C-a-C contests.
This week, it's: Baseball players and Animals.
Anyone remember this? A year before Wade Boggs made his memorable trip around Yankee Stadium, Mike Greenwell did the same thing around Fenway after Boston clinched the AL East pennant on Sept 20. Sadly, a three-game sweep at the hands of the Indians in the ALDS probably erased this memory from your mind. Until now.
