Break out your reading glasses and get your baseball travel plans ready, folks. Starting Wednesday and continuing for the next 10 weeks, we'll be featuring each ballpark in America (plus the one in Canada) in what's sure to be the biggest blog undertaking of the summer.
Yes, Big League Stew's Big Ballpark Review debuts tomorrow with a yard that will be revealed when the post goes up. After that, we'll be featuring a stadium every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in an attempt to put together a comprehensive "insider's guide" for the outsiders who might show up with nothing other than a ticket and a plan to experience baseball in your town.
Last Friday, I appealed to each and every reader out there to submit the food and features that makes your park special. You responded in great number and I can't thank you enough, but we also can't have enough input here. Plus, other parks were detailed a little more frequently than others — Where are you, A's and Marlins fans?
So for the second time in what's sure to be a dozen or two appeals for the best information out there, I'm again asking you to tell us the do's and don'ts for a visit to your favorite MLB temple. You can visit the original post to see exactly what I'm looking for and once you figure out what you want to say, e-mail the tips, along with your name and location, to email@example.com. (Please DO NOT leave them in the comments.) If you've already sent some ideas mention the BBR to a few friends or relatives who might be interested in also contributing.
Yeah, so stay tuned, folks.
This is going to be fun.
