Four-star prep point guard deals incredible Assist of the Year contender

At his fourth school in three years, Fort Mill (S.C.) Believe Prep Academy junior Damontrae "Trae" Jefferson has heard the rumors about "his attitude on the court — as well as his behavoir off the court."

"I just want to try to better myself as a point guard, change my character, and become who everyone wants me to be," he told CBS Sports. "A lot of people think I'm a bad person, but they don't really know me. So I'm just going to show them the real Damontrae, and not what they are assuming me to be."

This whirling assist in traffic may just be the pass of the year at any level of basketball.

Jefferson is ranked as the No. 47 recruit in the Class of 2015 by, and watch his official mixtape just once to see his incredible athleticism. But whether it's his size (5-foot-8) or that rumored behavior, he's only received reported offers from lower level Division I basketball programs. Perhaps after witnessing this dime, however, college coaches from across the country will come calling.
