The FedEx Cup playoffs are here, and that means there are just 30 guys with a chance to win the biggest monetary prize in all of golf. Let's continue to run down the list, shall we?
18. Bubba Watson: The hottest golfer on tour earlier in the season has struggled in the playoffs, missing the cut at the Barclays and then going from the lead at the Deutsche Bank after two rounds to a T16. His T53 at the BMW Championship a week ago was his second-worst finish since February.
17. Jonathan Byrd: The Hyundai winner started off the playoffs great, with a fifth-place finish at the Barclays, but has slowly fallen off, finishing T56 in Boston and T37 at the BMW Championship. He dropped from the 13th to 17th in the last week.
16. David Toms: A mover the other way, Toms needed a 10th-place finish last week to not only help his chances at the Tour Championship, but also to land a spot on the Presidents Cup team. He did just that, and has improved each week in the playoffs after an initial missed cut at the Barclays.
15. Mark Wilson: A winner twice in 2011, Wilson has been steady, finishing in the top 25 twice in the three playoff events, including a T22 last week at the BMW Championship.
Next up, the most familiar face to make it to Atlanta not named Tiger.
