Bring your eagles, bring your aces for shots of the weekend

Time again to present the finest shots of the past weekend, and there were plenty to behold at the Transitions Championship. We begin, of course, with the shot that all but sealed the win for our champion, Gary Woodland, this 10-footer on 18 to save par:


Next up, it's World No. 1 Martin Kaymer with a lovely chip-in birdie from the sand on No. 17 in the third round:

Scott Stallings didn't even need to bother with the putter on the 8th hole:

And here begins the parade of flying eagles. (Wait, can eagles parade? Whatever.) Chez Reavie first makes this eagle on the 11th:

In Round 2, Jonathan Byrd saw hole No. 7 and decided he didn't want any part of that green:

Same hole, same day. Amateur Peter Uihlein decided he too would like to get the hell off the course as fast as possible:
