Five games a week, that's how it goes. Maybe two of them will win. Share your own picks in the comments, if you're so inclined.
Jets -2 vs. Miami: Jets are a sneaky junkyard dog at home, with four wins and some notable takedowns (New England, New Orleans). Asked to make a modest number against an ordinary Miami team, count me in.
Colts -4 vs. Titans: No more Trent Richardson starting to mess us up. Colts on a bad run, but they beat Tennessee a few weeks back and line has adjusted to Indy slump.
Chiefs +5.5 vs. Broncos: It's been a while since the Broncos offense has been in tune. The same goes for the KC defense, but at least Alex Smith is starting to take some downfield shots, get Dwayne Bowe involved. No one ever bought KC as the AFC's best team, but this is a lot of points to give to a home dog in front of an impactful home crowd.
Cardinals +3 at Eagles: Still don't trust Philly at home, and the Arizona defense plays well just about every week. No Ellington hurts, and you never know when Palmer will hand a game away. But this Cardinals defense has impact players on all three levels.
Falcons +3.5 at Bills (Toronto): Matt Ryan hasn't been great since Julio Jones left, but his seasonal numbers are still in a good area (88.9 rating, 18 TDs, 12 picks). The Falcons didn't roll over against New Orleans, and I don't think they'll do so here, either.
