Triple-A Toledo Mud Hens will wear 'Ghostbusters' theme jerseys

Big League Stew

You're the best, Minor League Baseball. In a week in which we've already seen one team unveil bacon caps, the Triple-A Toledo Mud Hens, the affiliate of the Detroit Tigers, have announced they'll wear "Ghostbusters" theme jerseys May 30.

Sometimes theme jerseys are underwhelming — like those Chewbacca jerseys the Mud Hens wore last season — but the "Ghostbusters" unis are pretty great:

The jerseys honor the 30th anniversary of the film, and are timely considering the death of "Ghostbusters" star/writer Harold Ramis this week.

The Mud Hens, by the way, are still having a "Star Wars" night, in addition to a "Seinfield" night (a promotion about nothing, they say). Check out their entire list of promos.

What else do you have for us this year, MILB? We ain't afraid of no theme jerseys.
