Bills erupt for 2 touchdowns against Dolphins in first quarter
The Buffalo Bills were big favorites in their AFC Wild-Card Game on Sunday at Highmark Stadium against the Miami Dolphins.
The AFC East champs were out and winging in the first quarter.
Josh Allen connected with Stefon Diggs to get the Bills deep in Miami territory.
The quarterback then zipped a pass by a Miami defensive back to tight end Dawson Knox, who did the rest with a great grab for the score
The score was set up by the long pass to Diggs.
Skylar Thompson, the third-stringer who started at QB for Miami, was then picked by Dean Marlowe.
This time Allen gave the ball to rookie James Cook, who ran the football in from 12 yards.
Buffalo led 14-0 and the game wasn’t 10 minutes old.
