Bills elevate DTs Brandin Bryant, C.J. Brewer from practice squad

·1 min read

The Bills have elevated Brandin Bryant and CJ Brewer from their practice squad to their 53-man roster.

The team announced the transaction on Monday, just prior to hosting the Titans in Week 2.

Both Bryant and Brewer lineup at defensive tackle for the team.

On Saturday, the Bills ruled DT Ed Oliver out of action on Monday. Additionally, defensive tackle Tim Settle was also listed as doubtful. The duo were listed as having ankle and calf injuries, respectively.

With the team calling up two players instead of just one, it likely indicates that both Settle will not play.

Check back at Bills Wire 90 minutes before kickoff for the official word when the two teams release their inactive lists.
