Big time 2022 Michigan target sets official visit

Michigan football already has one tight end from Georgia committed in 2022, but can it get another?

A four-star from Cumming (GA) West Forsyth, Oscar Delp is considered a Georgia lean, with 75% of the 247Sports Crystal Balls coming in the Bulldogs’ favor. However, the Wolverines have the other 25%, signifying they have a chance. That chance could be bolstered when he makes it campus in June.

With the NCAA’s moratorium on visits soon expiring, Delp has announced that he will in fact make it to Ann Arbor, announcing via Twitter that he will be on campus from June 14-16 for his official visit.

Delp is rated the No. 80 prospect, regardless of position, according to the 247Sports Composite, and the No. 2 tight end in the 2022 class.

Sherrone Moore is the primary recruiter for the elite tight end. Fellow Georgia TE Marlin Klein is already in the fold for the maize and blue.
