How much influence does the local media have on the Boston Celtics? We often hear a report about a potential signing or trade circulating ad nauseam, and when it actually happens it can seem like the press willed the move into existence.
But other times, very logical trades or signings never materialize; can we say that the Celtics press corp has any role at all in shaping such decisions?
