MINTY BETS: It's week 11 of the college football season. I'm Minty Bets here with Pam Maldonado. And she's here to give us her best bet of the week. Pam, what you got for us?

PAMELA MALDONADO: I promise this is not intentional. I am not looking for the ugly dog of the week, but it is something that came to me so I have to trust it. South Alabama plus 22 and 1/2 at Appalachian State. The Jaguars, they are Top 20 in total defense and in generating quarterback pressure.

Appalachian State is a balanced, though, still a run first offense. South Alabama to a Top 10 run team in Louisiana lost by just two points holding the Ragin' Cajuns to under 300 yards of offense. And held a top 20 passing attack in Arkansas State to 5 yards per pass. Defensively, South Alabama is Top 30 in opponent red zone scores, Top 20 in touchdowns allowed, and Top 10 in forcing turnovers.

So now, you're asking App state to cover three scores to a defense and that is this good. Versus a team that has a great pass rush and a pass defense, App State won by just 1 point 31 to 30 over Marshall. And the Mountaineers, they have played two teams in the Top 25 for total defense. Lost big to the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns with four turnovers, and one to Coastal Carolina by just three points with two turnovers.

South Alabama is getting absolutely no respect here with a 5 and 4 record, though, all four losses have been by 10 points or less to have been by two points. Now, look, I know that it is crazy, but it is college football and we are approaching the end of the season. Small pancake bet on plus 1,000, I know it's crazy. Crazier things have happened. The Jags, they are still playing to be bull eligible.

MINTY BETS: Moving on to the game of the week, we've got Texas A&M at Ole Miss. The Aggies are favorites and the total is 55 and 1/2. Now, I always bet on Texas A&M, so tell me you're on them as well.

PAMELA MALDONADO: I am not. I win against Texas A&M last week, it didn't work out. But I'm going with Ole Miss plus 3 at home. The big difference in this game is now this is Texas A&M third a true road game for the Aggies this season.

If you have to look at the quarterbacks, they don't even compare A&M quarterback. Zach Calzada has less completion, less touchdowns, more interceptions, and has six games throwing for under 200 passing yards with a 6.5 passing average.

Compared to Heisman contender, Ole Miss quarterback, Matt Corral, who has a higher completion, more touchdowns, and less interceptions, and just under 9 and 1/2 passing yards, six games throwing for over 280 yards or more. Plus Matt Corral can run he has over 500 rushing yards on the season, 10 rushing scores.

One, the Aggies have not faced a mobile quarterback this season. Two, Ole Miss is Top 10 in rushing yards. The Aggies lost to a run team in Arkansas 20 to 10. And number three, Ole Miss Top 25 in passing yards.

The Aggies lost to a passing team in Mississippi State 26 to 22. The Alabama win was a complete fluke, Calzada is best game by far in everything - passing yards completion, passing touchdowns and he has not replicated that again this season.

Now, let's see Calzada against offensive lineman Sam Williams. Ole Miss is a Top 5 pass rush attack. Williams 10 and 1/2 sacks on the season leading the FBS in quarterback sacks. Williams is absolutely going to eat Calzada alive and give me Ole Miss plus 3 at home. Don't forget to spring on that moneyline a plus 1/15.
