MINTY BETS: Let's wrap up week seven with a little "Monday Night Football" as the Seattle Seahawks host the New Orleans Saints. The Saints are 4.5 point favorites and the total is 43.5.

I'm Minty Betts, joined by Jared Quay and Pam Maldonado. And we are here to give you our best bets for Monday night. Jared, let's start with you. What do you have for us?

JARED QUAY: I'm sorry, I just-- I have a rule book in my betting principles to not bet on Geno Smith as a starting quarterback. I mean, he has played great, but the teams have lost both of those games. They did cover last week, but I just think that Geno Smith and the Seattle offense are going to have trouble, especially against this Saints team off a bye.

Plus you have the fact that I think Jameis, with [? Lasik, ?] Jameis is a much better quarterback. He could go out there and throw five touchdowns like he does. Obviously, he could throw five interceptions. So let's hope that we get the good Jameis.

And you just add that to the fact that I feel like the Saints play well in Seattle. I know the 12 man is really strong and they do good, but I remember when Teddy Bridgewater came out there and dominated them at their house. With that being the case, prime time off a bye, Sean Payton, Jameis Winston, this is not going to be close. I like the Saints to roll 'em.

MINTY BETS: I love it. OK. I also like the Saints minus 4.5. I love Geno Smith and I'm rooting for him, but I think I like Jameis Winston a little bit more. He doesn't throw the ball a whole lot, and that's OK. Because Seattle is allowing the third most rushing yards per game right now, and Geno Smith has just one too many turnovers for my liking. So I will lay the points with the road favorite. Pam, what about you?

PAMELA MALDONADO: It is a collective unit here. We're all on the New Orleans Saints, and it's because of reasons that you mentioned, Minty. The Saints, they have a really good rush defense.

You can't run on this team allowing just 79 rushing yards per game, second fewest in the NFL behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And if you do happen to get downfield, scoring is going to be at a premium. They forced more field goals of 10 than touchdown scored of 9. And Seattle, they are 30th against the run.

I know that the Saints have some injuries. But as long as they have running back Alvin Kamara, that is all they need to have a huge game.
