ARIEL EPSTEIN: Happy football Sunday. The final football Sunday at the NFL regular season. I'm the Prop Queen, Ariel Epstein. When it comes to betting props in week 18 or week 17 in years past, the best way to bet props is by looking at contract incentives or ways that players can break certain records. Let's start with the Arizona Cardinals wide receiver, AJ Green. Green needs 75 more receiving yards in order to get $250,000. I'm taking the over 54 and 1/2 receiving yards on Green just because of the contract incentive in addition to the Cardinals still needing this game in order to have a shot at winning their division.

Prop 2, I'm betting the over 40 and 1/2 rushing yards on Ravens quarterback, Tyler Huntley. This doesn't have to do with the contract incentive for this year. However, it does have to do with a contract incentive for next year. Huntley is playing to get more money either as the Ravens backup or potentially as a starter somewhere else. Huntley has covered every spread that he's played so far this season in addition to going over the number of 40 and 1/2 rushing yards in 3 straight games. Huntley is up against the Pittsburgh Steelers who have allowed for the ninth most rushing yards per game to quarterbacks this year.

Looking back at some quarterback that the Steelers faced, Lamar Jackson played game 1 for the Ravens and he ran for 55 rushing yards against Pitt. Justin Herbert 90 rushing yards, Justin Fields had 45, and Josh Allen had 44. The mobile quarterbacks go over 40 and 1/2 rushing yards, add in the Ravens are still mathematically alive, add in that Tyler Huntley is trying to make more money next year, I'm betting the over 40 and 1/2 rushing yards on Huntley. For my final prop, I'm betting the over on 6 and 1/2 receptions for the Buffalo Bills wide receiver, Stefon Diggs. Buffalo has to win this game in order to win their division. Stefon Diggs is making just under 700,000 more dollars if he gets six more receptions. He's at 94, he needs 100 to hit his contract incentive. Plus Diggs is probably going over 6 and 1/2 receptions in a game that the Bills really need.

His quarterback, Josh Allen, knows he needs six more to make the extra money in addition to needing the win. Give me the over and plus money of 6 and 1/2 receptions on Diggs. Here's your Prop Queen recap. I'm betting the over 54 and 1/2 receiving yards on AJ Green, over 40 and 1/2 rushing yards for Tyler Huntley, and over 6 and 1/2 receptions on Stefon Diggs. That's it for me, your Prop Queen, Ariel Epstein. Enjoy the final of regular season football Sunday of the season.
