JARED QUAY: Jared Quay here giving you my best bets for the NFC East. Dallas Cowboys under 9 and 1/2 wins. Yes, I said it. Come at me, Cowboy fans. I've been betting on the Cowboys and losing so much money. Jerry Jones, you owe me.

I don't think Mike McCarthy has it in him. Three-straight losing seasons, I think they're paying their top athletes so much that the rest of the team is suffering. I do think Dak and Zeke will make good fantasy players. But when it comes to 10 wins, and the NFC East is getting stronger, I think they go under. At me. I don't care. I'm ready to fight. Cowboy fans, what's up?

New York Giants over eight wins. I love what they've been doing. On offense, added Golladay, drafted Tony. I think Daniel Jones, with another year of experience and a healthy Saquon, should be good. I like they got Adoree' Jackson on defense. And in the NFC East, every game is kind of a 50-50 with no clear front runner. So I think with 17 games, nine wins is not that hard.

Philadelphia Eagles under 6 and 1/2 wins. I don't like the confusion out there. Is Jalen Hurts your quarterback or not? I know they drafted Devonta Smith to do the Alabama reconnection. But this is the NFL, baby. You've got Adoree' Jackson and Bradbury to go against. I'm not buying it. Plus the defense is still struggling. I think it's gonna be another down year for them, and they'll possibly get another high draft pick.

Washington Football Team, which is still a very funny name, over eight wins. And I'm doing it for two reasons and two reasons only-- Ron Rivera, because he's a winning coach. Regardless of what pieces you give him, he finds a way to win. And secondly, the defensive line. I swear this defensive line might be the best of the century. They got guys that are getting at the quarterback, and they play in a division where the rest of the quarterbacks are very turnover prone. I think they could win a lot of close games with low scores. And so therefore, eight wins as a push, nine wins for the win. I like that a lot. That might be my second or third favorite bet. Come on, Football Team, play some good football.
