Ariel Epstein, Jared Quay, and Pamela Maldonado break down their betting picks for the Sunday Night Football matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Los Angeles Chargers.

Video Transcript

ARIEL EPSTEIN: Welcome to Yahoo Sportsbook. With Jared Quay, Pam Maldonado, I'm Ariel Epstein. Let's break down this Sunday Night Football line. We've got the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road at the Los Angeles Chargers. The Chargers 6.5-point point favorites. This total at 47. Jared, starting with you, where are you going in the game?

JARED QUAY: I'm an AFC North fan of the Ravens, like you, so I don't want the Steelers to win at all, because it's getting close. But even more so than biasness, I actually think this Chargers team is just better. The Steelers are just injured down the board, and if you watched that last week's game, they were getting gashed for 20, 30-yard runs left and right. You do that against this Chargers team at home, I don't think this game could be close. The offense hasn't been moving the ball as well they should, so I don't know if there's gonna be a lot of points scored, but I think the points that will be scored will be the Chargers', so I like them minus 6.5.

ARIEL EPSTEIN: I bet the Chargers at home last week, and they were the only loss I had, so forget about them. I hope that they're better for you. I'll stay away from taking this side. Pam, what have you got?

PAMELA MALDONADO: I'm taking the under on 47 for this game. Neither team is pretty successful at running the ball. Both defensive strengths are against the pass. And though Pittsburgh running back Najee Harris, he could still be heavily utilized in this matchup. Harris has touched the ball 20 plus times in seven straight games, while opponents are running the ball against the Chargers at the highest rate in the league. What does that mean? It means chew up the clock. Plus Pittsburgh has the lowest rate in the league for touchdowns allowed. The Steelers may be without leading pass rusher in TJ Watt, which is keeping me off of taking Pittsburgh, but the Steelers were without Watt against the Bengals, and yet still kept Joe Burrow to under 200 passing yards and the Bengals to just 24 points. I still like the under on 47 for the Steelers or the Chargers.

ARIEL EPSTEIN: I'm on the same side as Pam. I'm taking the under. She gave you all the on-the-field information. I'll give you some numbers and trends. Pittsburgh is 0-3 to the under this season when booked as an away underdog. Overall, this season, Pittsburgh is 2-6-1 to the under, so forget just being a road underdog. They've been hitting the under overall. In fact, they've only gone over this number of 47 once all season. I'll take the under with Pam.

To recap everybody's picks, Jared is going with the Chargers at minus 6.5, Pam and I both on the under, 47. For Jared Quay, Pam Maldonado, I'm Ariel Epstein. Good luck tonight.
