A strange November Pac-12 matchup between Colorado and Stanford will go down on Sunday evening.
This is the beginning of a nightmare stretch for the Buffaloes, with teams including UCLA, Tennessee, Kansas and Oregon over the next few weeks.
First things first, a big Pac-12 game against Stanford in Boulder. The Buffs are off to a 5-1 start with the lone loss being to Southern Illinois to kick off the U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam.
Let’s dive into the odds as the Buffs look to start conference play on the right foot.
Line: Colorado -5.5
Moneyline: Colorado (-240), Stanford (+190)
This seems about right all around. The Buffs are 5-1 and are a few baskets away from a 6-0 start to the year.
On the other hand, Stanford holds a respectable 4-2 record. One loss was against Baylor in a blowout, the other to Santa Clara by 16 points.
The Cardinal haven’t beaten anybody worthwhile, either. Oh, and this game is in Colorado.
The Buffs should move to 6-1 by defeating Stanford. This game should easily go over the 135.5 and Colorado should cover the spread as well winning by double digits, at least.
This is the perfect chance for a tune-up game with some huge top 25 matchups coming up.
Colorado and Stanford face off at 5 p.m. MT on Sunday as the Buffs try and get some momentum and start Pac-12 play 1-0.
