MINTY BETS: Game 2 of the NBA Finals is Thursday, July 8. The Suns lead the series 1-0. They're a 5 and 1/2 point favorite, and the total is 220 and 1/2. Milwaukee is 6 and 3 against the spread in their last nine games, while Phoenix is 8 and 3 against the spread of their last 11 games as favorites.

The lineup for this game is exactly the same as it was in Game 1. I'm not going to overreact to the Suns winning by 13 points on Tuesday, because I really do think that the Bucks can bounce back in Phoenix this time around. I don't know if they'll win outright, but I'll look for Milwaukee to play a hard-fought game, come back strong, and cover 5 and 1/2 points.

Giannis looked fine, and whether he's good to go for Game 2 or not does not worry me. The Bucks have made it this far already, so I think they can keep this one close. Bucks plus 5 and 1/2.
