DANCE CARDIO: Megan Roup's The Sculpt Society
Celebrity trainer Megan Roup has made a name for herself training stars like Shay Mitchell and Shanina Shaik, as well Victoria's Secret Angels like Elsa Hosk and Jasmine Tookes, but the NYU Tisch alum's biggest accomplishment is the launch of her new workout app, The Sculpt Society, last month.
Roup, whose class is one of the most in-demand in New York City, sought to recreate dance cardio into a more attainable and less intimidating class for non-dancers. Members become part of a 4-week workout program each month and can take part in a huge library of classes, which range from 5 to 50 minutes on dance, sculpt, abs and more. New videos are released weekly and the app has plans for a live in-studio workout soon. And the best part is, while Megan does the workouts with equipment, all exercise can be modified without gear.

As a mother-of-two, Melissa Wood Tepperberg knows how hard it is for parents and caregivers to take time out of their daily schedules for just themselves, whether it's meditation or merely 20 minutes of yoga. Tepperberg, who is a certified health coach as well as a yoga and pilates teacher, bases the MWH Method on community building, meditation and self love. The fitness trainer's top-rated app features a lot of different workouts, from HITT to yoga, but ultimately we think Michaels' app is one of the best for kickboxing. In addition to the expansive selection of classes (over 800 of them!), the program offers customized workout and diet plans and calorie counts. You can also select specific programs, like exercises to target your booty, arms and abs, and subscribers receive access to select titles from the trainers' popular workout DVD library.
Whether you're already far along in your workout journey or just need a little motivation, Michaels' program caters to all levels. Equipment varies depending on each exercise.

Started by trainers Karena and Katrina, the program features on-demand workouts with professional trainers and offers weekly workout schedules, recipes and meal plans. It's also a good option for those who are pregnant or have recently given birth, as the app offers a comprehensive fitness plan for new moms!
