To stay fit, Bella does a mix of weight lifting, boxing, Pilates, hot yoga, aerobic conditioning, and stretching. She also eats fruits, veggies, and light proteins.

She also gets a bit of help in the gym from her brother. In 2020, Bella told Hollywood Life that she does yoga, weight training, and boxing."It’s a family affair at the moment!" she said. ICYMI, Bella's brother is a trainer and does mixed martial arts, so she has sometimes had him help her out with those workouts, per Allure.
And when asked about her essentials in the kitchen, Bella shared that she eats a balanced diet packed with nutritious fruits, veggies, and proteins. Her must-haves include rice, black beans, pasta, fruits for smoothies, veggies, and some protein, per Hollywood Life.
