Bears schedule: Leak, rumors, reports tracker originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago

It's schedule release day but rarely do we make it to the actual release without learning the schedule through leaks and rumors.

Below we'll list the schedule as we learn it with each leak, and we'll note where the leak is coming from and when it is confirmed.

We do know the Bears' 2021 opponents already.

The teams the Bears will host at Soldier Field are: Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers, Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, and New York Giants.

The teams the Bears will play on the road are: Lions, Vikings, Packers, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Las Vegas Raiders and the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

A Giants blog has leaked New York's schedule, which features a week 17 showdown with the Bears.

The Bears play the Bills, and Mitchell Trubisky, in the second week of the preseason, per Buffalo Rumblings.

The Bears get the Steelers on the road in primetime on Monday Night Football, per Danny Parkins.

The Bears will play the the Seahawks on Dec. 26, according to Brad Biggs. The Bears made a big push to trade for Russell Wilson before moving on and signing Andy Dalton, then drafting Justin Fields with the 11th-overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Carmen DeFalco has the Bears playing the Buccaneers in Week 7.

UPDATE: 9:28 AM

Another report from Marques Eversoll has the Bears-Packers playing in Green Bay on SNF in Week 14.

UPDATE: 9:17 AM

According to an NFL leak Twitter account, which did correctly leak the entire Bears schedule last year, the Bears are playing the Packers at Lambeau in Week 14. It's worth noting that this is coming from someone who has a source in the hotel business, so it should probably be taken with a grain of salt.

The Vikings schedule has leaked and given us the two Chicago dates, including a Monday Night Football showdown.

The Bears will reportedly play the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 5 on Oct. 10, per Brad Biggs.

Danny Parkins is confirming reports the Bears will be playing on Thanksgiving again in Detroit.

The Bears will be play the Lions on Thanksgiving, per Bill Zimmerman. It will be the third time in four years that the Bears have played the Lions on Turkey Day. They beat the Lions on Thanksgiving in 2018 and 2019.

There is a report that the Bears are opening the season against the Rams in Los Angeles on Sunday Night Football, per Danny Parkins.
