David Montgomery isn't letting the pandemic slow down his preparations for next season. Yesterday licensed Illinois chiropractor Dr. Michael Tal Risher posted a video of the Bears' running back doing various exercises in what looked like his living room.
Don't sleep on @reallyunderstandme this year 🤫 . I've never met someone with a desire to be great like David. This man is not ok with good enough, he has to be great. Drilled with these @hecostix for 30 minutes until we felt good about the number of consecutive catches at each different angle. . Hecostix and the Bosu ball are an awesome combo. Not only do you have to balance on the ball, but you have to process information quickly and act based on that information. Information processing is something that separates GOOD athletes from GREAT athletes. Changing the angle that the object comes from forces your brain to learn and adapt constantly. . The added benefit of the Bosu ball is ankle stability and core control. Injury prevention is 🔑 and we are able to hit 2 aspects of injury prevention with one exercise. . 🎵 Lecrae: Broke

In his caption, Dr. Risher advised Bears fans not to sleep on Montgomery next season, saying,
"I've never met someone with a desire to be great like David. This man is not ok with good enough, he has to be great."
After a rookie season that didn't quite live up to sky high expectations, many analysts believe Montgomery is ready to really shine during his sophomore season in the NFL. Whenever the 2020 season is able to begin safely, fans will be excited to see what Montgomery will bring to the table.
