David Montogomery sends fans on roller coaster of emotion originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago
Bears fans got quite the scare Sunday on the opening drive of the Week 17 matchup against the Packers. The team was moving the ball well when David Montgomery appeared to hyperextend his leg and had to go to the sideline.
Teammate Tarik Cohen expressed what every Bears fan probably felt watching the game from home.

Luckily, Montgomery wasn’t hurt too badly and returned to the game after only a few plays. He picked up right where he left off, rattling off an eight-yard run and a two-yard touchdown on back-to-back rushes.
