Third baseman Renato Nunez took Monday off due to some right arm soreness. Although not serious, the projected starter at third is now listed as day-to-day.

Starting pitcher Andrew Cashner had an eye-opening performance for the O's in their victory over the Tigers. Five innings, five strikeouts, three hits and one run is a good day's work.

The Orioles acquired catcher Lenin Rodriguez from the Phillies. At 20-years-old he's never made it out of the minors and the highest level he has reached is Low-A ball, where he played 21 games in 2018.
