Auburn offers elite 2024 defensive linemen Justin Greene

Hugh Freeze exceeded all expectations with his transitional signing class, flipping several key targets and getting Auburn’s class into the top 20 nationally.

The focus is now on the 2024 recruiting class and returning Auburn to where it belongs, inside the top 10. One way to do that is for Auburn to land more elite recruits and on Monday they extended an offer to four-star defensive lineman Justin Greene, one of the best in the country.

Measuring in at 6-foot-4, and 226 pounds, the Lawrenceville, Georgia product already has offers from Michigan State, Kentucky, South Carolina, and now Auburn.

He is the No. 50 overall player and No. 9 defensive lineman in the 247Sports Composite ranking. He is also the No. 9 player from the Peach State.

Greene has played varsity for Moutain View High School since he was a freshman and has excelled at rushing the passer. He made 63 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, and 4.0 sacks in 11 games during his junior season.

Auburn does not have a commit from a defensive lineman in the 2024 class but has two commitments in four-star quarterback Adrian Posse and four-star cornerback A’Mon Lane.
