Yahoo Sports Auburn commit accepts invite to play in Under Armour All-American game
A pivotal piece to Auburn’s already impressive 2024 recruiting class has committed to play in a prestigious All-American Game.
A'mon Lane, a four-star cornerback from Moody, announced Wednesday that he had accepted an invitation to participate in the 2024 Under Armour All-American Game set to take place in Orlando in early January 2024. Lane got the offer after participating in the Under Armour All-American Camp last weekend in Atlanta.
After committing to the Tigers last July, Lane says that his versatility will hopefully increase his chances to play right away once he gets to the Plains.
“I know I can come in and play right away. I can play corner, star, or safety. Whatever you need me to play I can line up and do it,” Lane said in an interview with On3. “I can help take Auburn where they need to be… We will have the best 2024 class at Auburn. I just want to get it started.”
Lane became Auburn’s first 2024 commit in July, choosing Auburn over Arkansas, Florida State, Maryland, Michigan State, and others. Four-star CB Jayden Lewis and four-star QB Walker White join Lane as members of the 2024 recruiting class at Auburn.
