Homewood (Ill.) Flossmoor senior two star ranked athlete recruit Justin Hall (5-foot-10, 180 pounds) is off and running this season. Hall, who is playing running back along with some defensive back this season for the Vikings (4-0) talks about his season so far and more here.
"Everything is going well so far," Hall said. "We just had a nice win over Bolingbrook on Friday (Hall added 332 yards of total offense and 4TD's.). I keep telling you we will go to state and that's going to be a high scoring game."
Hall, who has been verbally committed to NIU since earlier this summer is still very much on board with the Huskies.
"I went to NIU for the game against Eastern Illinois and it was a great time. I just loved the game day atmosphere and getting to talk to some of the fans and getting to talk with the players and the coaches. It was just a fun day and I'm sure I'll get back to0 see more games this season. NIU this week went on the road and beat Nebraska ]and that's just amazing and makes you want to go and play for them right now."
Has Hall been contacted by any other schools since September 1st?
"Penn State started following me on Twitter but really outside of that I haven't heard too much and that's fine with me. I'm very happy with my decision and I'm still on board with NIU."
Hall is focused on his senior season and getting the Vikings back to play in DeKalb in late November.
"It's exciting to be 4-0 but then you go back and watch the video and we all know that we can get so much better. We still have so much to correct and everyone keeps going back and working hard everyday. I think the difference with this team is that everyone is hungrier this year. Everyone wants it and wants to get better every day. Once we clean up some issues look out."
Justin Hall is verbally committed to Northern Illinois University.
