According to TMZ, an arrest warrant has been issued for Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar relating to armed robbery.

Dunbar and Giants corner DeAndre Baker reportedly attended a cookout on Wednesday night in Miramar, Fla.

When an argument broke out, Baker pulled out a semi-automatic firearm. He then ordered Dunbar to start collecting watches and other valuables from attendees. Cops say they made off with more than $7,000 in cash and far more than that in watches and jewelry.

Per TMZ, there are conflicting reports about whether or not Dunbar was armed. Some witnesses said he was, others said he wasn't. Neither player is currently in custody.

Miramar Police has also officially released news of the arrest warrant for four counts of armed robbery. The official warrant also suggests that Dunbar was indeed armed with a semi-automatic firearm, even though there are conflicting reports from witnesses. One witness told police that Dunbar and Baker had lost $70,000 (gambling presumably) at another party a few days prior. The witness said that the heist felt premeditated given how Baker's, Dunbar's and the third gunman's cars were positioned outside for an expedited getaway.

As if this story couldn't get more bizarre, Dunbar was made available by the Seahawks via Zoom call on Thursday morning. He discussed his clean bill of health and excitement to get started with Seattle.

Dunbar was expected to be the Seahawks starting right cornerback in 2020. Now it's more likely that he never steps on the field in Seattle. Should he be suspended or released, Tre Flowers would reclaim the role opposite Shaquill Griffin.

We'll keep you posted as additional details become available.
