Aroldis Chapman’s hand is good to go for the ALCS

This is not terribly surprising given how everyone involved shrugged it off the other day, but the Yankees said this afternoon that closer Aroldis Chapman‘s pitching hand is going to be just fine for the ALCS starting on Saturday.

Chapman’s pitching hand was heavily bandaged during the post-game celebration following the Yankees’ clinching victory over the Minnesota Twins on Monday night. Chapman said “I got hit with a bottle, but it’s fine.” Brian Cashman said it was probably fine too.
