MATT HARMON: I just want to say this. I don't-- it's sad. I feel sad about it. The Allen Robinson thing, it was like one of the first biggest hits in Reception Perception history. And I guess I'm going to have to start to come to terms with this with guys that I've been doing this since 2014, and we're almost a decade out. There are certain guys that are going to age out, right? And they're going to go down.

I'm not-- I will definitely be like the captain in the Titanic who just sits there and goes down with the ship when all the water comes in. I'll be the last one on the Allen Robinson boat. But--

DALTON DEL DON: How is his floor not Robert Woods? I mean, their defense taken a major step back. They cannot run the ball. I mean, they don't have a third receiver. This is a perfect setup. They should be triple covering Kupp. This is like the perfect setup for an A-Rob explosion, and yet the opposite is occurring.

MATT HARMON: Yeah. Well, number one, I definitely think he has lost-- he for sure loss to step. I actually think Troy Aikman really highlighted it well that when you watch him in like short spaces, he still has great technique. He still has really good moves off the line of scrimmage, can get off press coverage. He just doesn't have the same vertical juice as he used to be, and this offense badly needs vertical juice, right? They need Van Jefferson to come back and take the top off the defense to push some players out.

There's a little bit of almost kind of overlap between the strengths in Cooper Kupp's game and the strengths in Allen Robinson's game at some point. But the way they're lining them up couldn't be any more different, right? They're still lining up Allen Robinson as a pure X receiver, always on the line of scrimmage, always against press coverage. And we know Cooper Kupp gets moved around the formation, stuff like that.

And they're not scheming-- I mean, Matthew Stafford even said it, like, yeah, the only times I throw to Allen Robinson does seem to be in low-percentage situations. It's like, yeah, buddy. It sure does seem that way. And also it's worth saying, too, Matt Stafford's playing like crap. The offensive line is terrible. I have a top-10-- we're yapping a lot, so I'll make sure that we get to it.

But I have a bottom-10 combined offensive line metric that I just put together, and the Rams are third to the bottom right now in terms of adjusted line yards, sack rate allowed, pressure rate allowed. This offensive line gives pretty much no shot for them to do any sort of long, developing routes, and that's really all that they're having Allen Robinson run right now.

So like I said, I'll be the guy in the Titanic going down with the ship, but it's pretty bad right now. The waters are getting high. That is for sure.

DALTON DEL DON: The Rams even warned-- they even warned there was gonna be a Super Bowl hangover before. And it's just so glaringly--

MATT HARMON: I know.

DALTON DEL DON: --happening.

MATT HARMON: It's sad. I can't read the Allen Robinson tweets because it hurts too much. I just probably should be off Twitter.
