TCU added the 20th commit of the 2018 class Tuesday night in the form of defensive end Jordan Allen.

The 6-5, 230-pound JUCO DE from San Francisco City College is the second defensive lineman in this group and committed shortly after his official visit this weekend.

"It was the family feel," Allen said. "I got it from the coaches, the team and the city."

That's what most people say when they visit TCU. It's about the family.

Allen was found by the Frog coaching staff and got a visit from one of them.

"Coach (Dan) Sharp came to see me two weeks ago in San Francisco," Allen said. "Tonight I called coach Modkins and Sharp to tell them I committed."

Allen and his mom thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Fort Worth and his mom is a big part of the reason for the commitment.
