Have postponed weddings, family reunions, girls' trips, or honeymoons on your calendar for the latter half of the year? Alaska Airlines is counting on it, naming itself the ‘Official Airline of Rescheduled Events’ and launching its biggest sale of 2021 to help you get to those events at a wallet-friendly price.

The three-day Alaska Airlines sale lasts until 11:59 p.m. PT on August 5 and covers travel between September 7 and November 17, and then again between November 30 and December 15. The best deals of the bunch are for short-haul trips on the West Coast, like $39 one-way fares from Los Angeles to San Francisco or $59 one-way fares between Seattle and San Diego. There are even cross-country fares on sale, with one-way fares from New York's JFK to Portland, Oregon, for just $99 or Seattle to Charleston at the same price.

But the deals aren't just limited to the mainland. The Alaska Airlines sale has discounted flights between the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii, like $149 one-way fares between Portland, Oregon, and Kauai or Seattle and the Big Island.

If you're worried about having to postpone (again), you can rest easy. Like many other U.S.-based airlines, Alaska eliminated change and cancellation fees for Main and First Class fares. (You'll likely still have to pay any difference in fares, though.) Just know that the Saver fare, Alaska's budget option, can't be cancelled or changed outside of the 24 hours immediately after you book.

As a reminder, Alaska is officially a member of the Oneworld Alliance as of March 2021, which means members of American Airlines, British Airways, and 11 other member airline loyalty programs can earn miles on Alaska Airlines flights. Don't forget to enter your loyalty program info when booking through the sale to get mileage credit.
