Alabama vs. Mississippi State: Stream, injury report, broadcast info for Wed., Jan. 25

Nate Oats and the Alabama men’s basketball team will be back in Coleman Coliseum on Wednesday night to take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs for the second time this season.

Alabama has already defeated the Bulldogs in Starkville to start SEC play back in December. The Tide won that battle 78-67.

Since then, the Crimson Tide has reeled off six consecutive wins in conference play, all by double digits.

Mississippi State on the other hand has just one conference win on the season.

The Bulldogs are desperate for a win, can the No. 2 ranked Crimson Tide continue their hot streak? We’ll find out tonight in Tuscaloosa!

Here is everything you need to know to catch all the action between Alabama and Mississippi State.

Injury report

Troy Wayrynen-USA TODAY Sports

Neither team has any significant injury news to report. Alabama guard Nimari Burnett was inserted back in the rotation in a win against Missouri on Saturday.

Alabama player to watch: Brandon Miller

Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

Because he has been so dominant, it has become a bit cliche to select Brandon Miller as a player to watch, but the last time we saw Miller inside Coleman Coliseum he dropped 31 points.

Mississippi State player to watch: Tolu Smith

John Reed-USA TODAY Sports

In the first matchup, Alabama did a tremendous job of bottling up Tolu Smith. Smith was held to just five points and six rebounds. I expect Smith to put up a better showing this time around.
