Aggies fall 17-14 to Appalachian State

The #6 ranked Aggies took on the Appalachian State Mountaineers at Kyle Field on Saturday afternoon, and in a shocking upset, the Aggies were outclassed in just about every way.

Aggies quarterback Haynes King looked frantic all day, and the Aggies turned the ball over twice, and on defense, the Aggies seemed to have no answer for the App State running game, and failed to take advantage of the opportunities that the Mountaineers presented.

The Aggies will certainly fall in the rankings, and the coaches will have a LOT of reflecting and learning to do as they prepare for their primetime matchup with the Miami Hurricanes in Week 3.

It may be time for the quarterback question to begin to surface again,
